Sandra Dionisi was educated at the Ontario College of Art in Toronto and the School of Visual Arts in NYC. For more then twenty years, her work has appeared in graphic design, book publishing and corporate communications in the U.S, Canada and Europe. Her work has received citation from American Illustration, Communication Arts, The Society of Illustrators, the Society of Publication Designers and the National Magazine Awards and the Art Directors Club of Toronto. Most recently, her illustration work for the PEN Canada Annual Report received both “Best Illustrated” and “Illustration: Top 9” recognition from the AR100 2005.
Her work has also been exhibited in a selection of gallery shows, including the highly successful Boy’s Club Show in Toronto, 2005. The show is scheduled to travel to Denver and Brooklyn in the fall of 2006.
